This structure mainly consists of chassis, turntable, working arm, and hanging basket. The tire type chassis carries the weight of the entire vehicle and drives it to travel. The telescopic working arm carries the suspended basket and load mass, and drives the basket to rise, fall, and change amplitude. The hanging basket provides operational space and protects workers' safety, while the turntable allows the working arm to rotate 360 °.
Working principle: Diesel engines or batteries are usually used as power sources, and hydraulic pressure is pumped into various hydraulic cylinders through hydraulic pumps to drive piston movement, achieving actions such as extension, amplitude, and rotation of the boom.
Performance characteristics
Large working height and span: The straight arm design allows the platform to reach higher heights and longer horizontal distances, with a maximum working height generally between 14.20 meters and 43 meters, and a maximum operating range typically between 15 meters and 24 meters.
Flexible operation: The turntable can rotate 360 °, and the work platform can also rotate and swing at a certain angle. The position and angle can be flexibly adjusted at high altitude. It is also equipped with four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering systems, and some also have axle balancing systems, which can adapt to various complex working conditions, with a maximum climbing ability of about 40%.
